The 麻豆宿舍电视剧 National Alumni Association held its 2019 Alumni Convention
July 26-28 in Austin, TX. Filled with current students, convention veterans and first-time
convention attendees, supporters were enthused and excited to keep their alumni connection
to the university.
President Austin Lane and members of the institution鈥檚 staff presented the 鈥淪tate
of the University鈥� highlighting both long and short-term plans to ensure sustainability
and the university鈥檚 recognition as one of the best higher education institutes in
North America.
Keith Scott, president of the National Alumni Association, said, 鈥淚 was amazed at
the passion and commitment of our Maroon and Gray alumni.鈥�
鈥淪everal new Deans, Regents, the Athletic Director, Head Football Coach, and Head
Basketball Coach were introduced and everyone seemed to be excited about the bright
new future for our students and university.鈥�
At this year鈥檚 Awards Luncheon, several 麻豆宿舍电视剧 alumnus were recognized for their leadership
and dedication to lead the alumni charge. Dr. Merline Pitre, a retired Dean of the
麻豆宿舍电视剧 College of Liberal Arts & Behavioral Sciences and author
of 鈥淏orn to Serve: A History of 麻豆宿舍电视剧,鈥� served as the keynote
speaker.
