This is a resource from the American Immigration Lawyers Association designed for legal professionals who needs to access reliable and up to date immigration law information and guidance.

 (ALL) provides law students with access to the most popular study materials on the market. The library consists of legal textbooks and digital study aids with full text search, note-taking, and highlighting capabilities, audio recordings, and video format learning experiences to enhance student understanding of difficult legal concepts. The Study Aids collection includes more than 200 titles plus video and audio lectures, covering 30 topics. CLIP is a weekly table of contents for new law review and journal issues and a subject index to the articles in these journals.

Court Listener is a free case research database. It offers the text of many state and federal cases and some interesting analytic components. It also provides audio files of oral arguments of many cases which may be of interest to students, evidence faculty, and others.

A free web resource containing information about the death penalty in various countries, death penalty crimes, decisions by various human rights organizations, and other death penalty related information (hosted by Cornell University Law School).

Digital Scholarship is a repository of research and scholarship produced by the Texas Southern University academic community. You must create an account to access this resource (use your university email when your register).

Provides access to a variety of full-text scholarly and popular databases.

Provides access to EBSCOhost eBook Collection of more than 28,000 electronic books covering a wide range of topics. 

Provides citations with coverage dating back to the 1980s for over 1200 law reviews, legal newspapers, and bar association journals; more than 200 journals are provided in full-text.

Provides access to a wealth of legal periodicals 1980-Present, full-text retrospective collections of selected legal journals & law reviews, federal & state government information, international law, and specialized legal resources. 

The Practice Manual is a comprehensive guide that sets forth uniform procedures, recommendations, and requirements for practice before the Immigration Courts. The provisions outlined therein are binding on the parties who appear before the Immigration Courts unless the Immigration Judge directs otherwise in a particular case.

Provides access to a large full-text archives of journals from all disciplines. Emphasis is on the humanities and literature with some journals covering business, law, sociology, and science.

This database contains data about thousands of state and federal judges and judicial appointors such as governors and presidents. Information includes biographical data about each person, the roles they had held before, during, and after their time in the judicial branch, their political affiliations, their education, and any retention events that kept them in a judicial position (such as a reappointment).

Lexis + gives subscribers access to LexisNexis' databases of court opinions, statutes, court documents, and secondary materials. Lexis+ also has additional benefits, such as Boolean searches, evaluating case authority, organizing cases by topic, and providing links to cited material.

LDL provides access to a plethora of resources, including legal eBooks, national treaties, practice materials, and more.  For students, LDL is an excellent resource for study aids such as the Questions & Answers, Mastering, Skills & Value, and Understanding Series.  

Municode is the largest private-sector publisher of municipal ordinances, responsible for the codification and publication of municipal codes for more than 2,700 cities and counties in all 50 states. This free version provides browsing or limited searching of a municipality's code (but not multiple different codes simultaneously). Once you follow the link, use the "Library" tab at the upper-right of the screen to browse the codes. Select the state you need and then the municipality. 

CSG's National Center for Interstate Compacts Database allows you to search more than 1,500 statutes for state-by-state interstate compact membership, serving as a useful search tool for researching interstate compacts.

Provides access to current and historical United States Congressional publications, including the historic Annals of Congress, Register of Debates, Congressional Global, and Serial Set. 

DNSA is a clearinghouse of declassified government documents containing thousands of papers and resources that concerns foreign policy and national security.

HQ is a genealogical database with access to government documents consisting of agricultural, mortality, and population schedules and other invaluable genealogical resources. 

The History Vault is a primary source about information on Slavery and the Law consisting of two modules - Southern Life and African American History, 1775-1915, & Plantation Records. This is an excellent genealogical resource and provide keen insight into the social, legal, and plantation politics of the Antebellum South.

Showcases a suite 27 databases containing scholarly journals, books, audio & video, dissertations & theses, newspapers and more on a wide range of subject matter, including business, politics, international relations, and more.

TexasLawHelp.org is a website dedicated to providing free, reliable legal information to low-income Texans. It is part of a broader effort within the national legal aid community to use technology, specifically the Internet, to enhance and expand the delivery of legal aid. THIS SITE HAS FORMS.

The Texas State Law Library (SLL) subscribes to a host of free databases available for anyone residing in Texas. TSLL provides access to HeinOnline, FastCase, AILALink, and other legal reference databases. NOTE: You must establish that you are a Texas resident to access these resources.

Wolters Kluwer's flagship database which covers several practice areas with professional treatises, laws and regulations, and practical content.

Westlaw contains the full text of court opinions, statutes, and regulations from state and federal governments, more than 800 law reviews and journals and other secondary sources, a legal encyclopedia, and a law dictionary. Help with Westlaw is available via their Reference Attorneys service.
